Option 1: Our traditional listings start at 5% (3.0% to the Buyers Agent, 2% for Listing Broker).  These listings come with all the bells and whistles of the "Big Box" realtors;

Option 2:  We also offer a "Limited Service" hybrid listing system that allows you to list your home for a low flat fee and offering the Buyer's Agents the traditional 3%.  Although this is a more "hands-on" option for our sellers, it still comes with many of the same features as our full service option!
