  Seth made the whole process smooth from the very first time we met him to the closing date on our new home and old home. Seth was very communicative from the start and did a great job of working with us to determine what specifics we were looking for in a house/land. One of the reasons we chose Seth was because of his knowledge of rural locations and he did not disappoint. For two people who have limited experience living in the country he advised us on several important details. There were numerous occasions that Seth provided key insights that helped us make the decision that we did on our new home. Seth also has great connections. We had great experiences with our inspector and other contractors that reviewed the home and all were contacts/references from Seth. From start to finish, we couldn't have asked for a better realtor. We did not have a smooth selling of our house but none of that was due to Seth - even in the ups and downs he made us feel comfortable and we always knew he had our backs when dealing with the other realtor(s).   We were extremely happy with how Seth conducted our house search from the very beginning. We were on a very tight timeline to buy a house, and we weren’t sure if we’d be able to find one soon enough given the currently hot housing market. We were a bit discouraged after looking at a few houses that we really liked but that were expected to go for quite a bit over asking price. But Seth never rushed us to make an offer even considering our timeline and instead kept reminding us that “there’s always another house." Soon, we were indeed able to find not just a house but the perfect house for us with Seth's ready help. He made the time to drive out to meet us on same-day notice when we wanted to see this house, and his quick response and follow-up led to our securing it in a timely manner, which was a huge relief given our tight timeline, the current market situation, and our status as first-time homebuyers.   Seth was great to work with! Very knowledgeable about the Madison area and super responsive via text and email. We had a hard time finding something since it was such a busy market, but he stuck with us and showed us upwards of like 50 houses and helped us submit 14 offers until we finally got the one!
